This simple mod will make the drugs of Fallout 3 much more potent - these being Med-X, Buffout, Psycho, Jet, Ultrajet and Mentats. Alcohol is untouched. Now these drugs will give you greater benefits (nothing too drastic), but their addictions will really hurt you, and they are slightly more easy to become addicted to.
